Help! Cannot get A/F above 12.7

I had my car dyno tuned last week, and the tuner was not able to get the A/F to 13.2. The closest he could get was 12.7. I believe he disabled the COT. He said that when he was able to get the A/F ratio above 12.7, the A/F ratio at less than WOT would start to go out of wack. The tuner thinks that something is causing the problem, but does not know what.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Are you running a Granatelli MAF??

intake or exhaust leak, does the engine run good?

Engine seems to work good.

No MAF translator

12.7 is not a bad place to be, just about perfect, I'd leave it.

I had the car tuned at MMS, and the tuner could not get the A/F above 12.7. I think I will look for intake or exhaust leaks.

Bear in mind that there are a few methods of leaning WOT pe/rpm, pe/coolant, inj flow rate, maf, and a few more but that is all I can say.
