How do you tune the 6L80E TCM which islocated inside the transmission?

How do you tune the 6L80E TCM which islocated inside the transmission? If a person has the 6L80E(TCM located inside transmission housing) and want's to get a mail order tune are you stuck with just getting the ECM reflashed and leaving the TCM stock unless the vehicle can be driven to the programmers shop?

you should be able to hire a flash unit from the shop who wrote the tune FLASH it in AND POST it BACK thats what we do over here in OZ anyway

The purpose of the V2 and the autocal unit is for stand alone flashing, It is just not done yet. The V2 will have this ability for free as a download upgrade hopefully soon.
At the moment, stand alone scantool and other stuff works on it, including SERIAL wideband input for 100% accurate and instant wideband status and fuel readings on the screen and in the scan tool.
