Default 2 bar map problem

i have a cobalt map sensor, at 8psi on my turbo setup 370cu, my kpa is 185 or so, that seems like where 14-15 psi of boost would be, i think it is doubling it some how. i have the pid as a 3 bar map, the car is using hp tuner on a 3 bar SD tune. any info would help.

What is your key on, engine off MAP reading? Should
be 100kPa or so (less at altitude). That's probably the
best benchmark. A 2-bar MAP sensor ought to be at
about 2.5V at atmospheric. Maybe there is a discrepancy
between OS (2, 3-bar) and sensor (ditto).

First off,is your MAP reading 101-105 Kpa, key on engine off?
185 Kpa=26.8psi-14.7=11psi of boost

I agree, also isn't the cobalt sensor a 2.5 bar? Which ultimately would skew your readings if you have your scaler's setup as 3.0 bar.
