Does anyone know what is the best headers and y pipe to get for a 00 ws6????

its not really a best. most ppl like what they have doe the most part. the most popular vote would be pacesetters, kooks or hooker. i myself have hooker super comp and love them with an off road y pipe. good luck with your choice.

Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, Mountain-Dew, 7-Up, ...
Pacesetters are good bang for the buck.
Kooks are one of the better-quality higher-priced.
SLP's new design is good, but high-priced.
Etc., etc., etc., ...
Go look thru the 'external' forums & read the stickies up top for good info.
And use the 'search' function.
Also, since you're looking for headers for a 2000 model, & if you plan on retaining the AIR/EGR, then make sure you buy a set specifically that includes that model year. Such as 1998-2000. (Later versions, 2001-2002, have no EGR port.)
I'm using Kooks so I'm biased toward them. Kooks race headers don't have any egr or air hookups. If you have removed or will remove your emissions stuff, then these don't require any extra block off plates so are a good way to go. Depending on your exhaust desires and what you're doing for a catback (if you're going duals you won't need a "Y") you can have somewhat quiet, loud, or really loud. If you use an off road "Y" you'll be louder and possibly have some more rasp (depending on catback) that if you use a catted "Y".

Stay away from the older design SLP longtubes, they hang pretty damn low. As said pacesetters are pretty good for the price, and Kooks are up near the top in quality. Texas-Speed has come out with a nice set of 1 7/8 longtubes, which some people have said good things about them. As per y-pipe i would just get the same brand as the headers your picking up.
