Well from my experience with my buddy that has a 97 v6 he started out with the Flowmaster which sounded pretty good for what it was... you cant make a v6 sound like a v8 its just not going to happen. After a couple years as all Flowmasters do they rust out quickly so we thought we'd swap it out for the Magnaflow since it was cheaper and being SS it would last a heck of alot longer then the Flowmaster. Well after getting to the exhaust shop and we first turned it over we both looked at ourselves and was like WTF. The sound was ricer and we were totally bummed and disappointed. Needless to say as much as everyone hates Flowmaster the only thing there good for is deep lowend tone which a v6 needs. So thats my side of the story and from now on if anyone asks me which one to go for on a v6 its Flowmaster hands down!

Hmm, as much as I would like to take your opinion, I looked up alot of flowmaster clips on 6's and it sounded really bad. It seems like there have been 2 good opinions about the flowmaster and around 10 bad. No one knows about the flowtech's I'm guessing? All I know about em is what they sound like on some v6's.
Wondering what the return policy is incase I don't like it.
