Badass headlights.. has anyone seen this?

I'm the black sheep but i think this ^ is thw worst looking firebird in history. I HATE those lights. Horrible. Way too small and sleepy looking. I hate the breathless kit but i think they look about 100x better.

Flip-up headlights on the Firebird have become sort of iconic. Lose the headlights, you lose the name. It's like buying Firebird and turning it into a Camaro or Corvette. You should've just started with one of those to save yourself $1000.

I like my flip up lights, BUT I do hate the problems that come along with them.
I think I can deal with the small problems V.S dropping 1,000 on some lights. Back when I first saw these I kinda liked them but they just make it look really ricey to me now.

One they are a rip off at $1k and two they look like crap. Just doesn't go with the firebird design at all and they don't even look factory. Posting about these headlights especially "Has anyone seen these?" it's like welcome to last year x 10 literally. It's your car but i think you're better off using $1k to buy performance parts instead of those crappy headlights.

I personally like these head lights, but as the others said, for 1k they can suck my nuts...... Id see 250 tops for the pair and that better include HID system with it...
And it doesn't look like a Camaro to me, looks closer to the C6 lights.... now a C6 light conversion in a Fbody would probably look sweet too, or maybe the 5th gen camaro's lights, I really like those..

$1k is steep for that, but I can certainly understand why some would prefer non-flip up headlights. They're a totally unnecessary option other than to satisfy an aesthetic feature that was started in just the previous generation. That's why they got rid of them on the Vette though it had them longer, and I think it looks better than ever, although the Firehawk lights above do look disproportioned.
