I like it! I actually like th3e early 4th gen hood, so I think this is a great idea! I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the finished product.

makin me wanna cut up my 98 Z hood, but kinda hard to figure out something to make it look decent and not ricey.

Are you going to make them solid or have you thought about using some vents? Some plastic scoop inserts from a GTO or G8 might work flipped upside down. Just a thought...

Raven told me about what you're doing with your stock hood....man that's pretty slick! Once you mold in the filler panels it's really gonna look cool. Mad props to ya!

thanks man (and the rest of you'll). Every time I want to and have time, I step out and it's like 110 degrees and I just can't do it ... maybe when it gets a bit cooler
