in my eyes, 90% of the difference between them is just the hood and wheels. my favorite car is the one i can get the best deal on. i'm going to upgrade most of it anyway and then drive the hell out of it, so a door code and/or certificate of authenticity is of very little value or significance to me.

Firehawk, the nostrils look much better than the WS6.

I think the regular non WS6 cars look too plain without that hood. However I think the 95-97 ram air WS6 cars look the best, im also quite partial to the 87-92 GTA and also the 84 with the Aero Package and the Turbo Hood and the reg spoiler. Oh the list goes on theres a bunch I like I don't know that I could narrow it to just one.

I voted Firehawk. The WS6 hood is too profound and bulky. The Firehawk hood is more subtle but still "intimidating/muscular" in it's own way.


Personally... I like the Formula look more anyway...

Firehawk which is why I have a firehawk hood and wheels on my car. Less common than WS6's and reg Trans Ams.

I voted Formula WS6 because it's the obvious choice.

Formula = performance.
Formula WS6 = extra performance (real or imaginary, it doesn't matter).

And on top of that, they are rare. Originally purchased by guy that values performance over style or comfort.

ugly hood? the LT1 WS6 hood is clean and simple and not over the top like the LS1 hood is. the LS1 hood looks kind of out of place with the 4 huge nostrils. i'll admit it looks better than the non WS6 LS1 hood but i think the LT1 WS6 hood is the best looking hood on a 4th gen bird. The LT1 hood also is fully functional unlike the WS6 hood which really doesn't add much "ram air" effect.

I would vote for a LT1 ta with a ram air hood like mine...lol
on another note, can anyone tell me what kind of aftermarket hood I have on my ta? When I bought it back, the owner I sold it to put it on there.
