Hmm, I didn't know I could change the plastic gears out without removing the motors. I'll look into that for sure next time this happens. Them gears were toast, no teeth left undamaged on both of them lol.

To change the gears you have to remove the motor, you can rotate the gears without removing the motor

Just had the Continental DW tires installed. Konis along with new tires make for such a better experience.

Just drove it.

Was gonna work on the front shocks/struts, but it decided to rain all day and I just wasn't in the mood. Hopefully I can go get the SFC RI ordered last week welded on sometime this week or next and do the !EGR, and of course the headlight gear...

Thanks, DHL left their mark about 7 years ago in delivery before they stopped domestic deivery. And ofcouse the hole in the box patched with DHL tape wasn't their fault. Should have dropped coin for UPS

Yes, started with leds and then switced to cold cathode. I also made the rear Pontiac lettering light up.

Took it out for a trip around town today, snow finally on it's way out and all. 45* and I think I'm going to get the salt residue off of her.

Unfortunately I also f'kin broke my center console lid. Knew it was going to happen but who would have guessed that pulling a stuck coffee cup out of the cup holder and banging into the lid would have torn the pad and connectors from the lid baseplate.

Hoping I can fix it but it looked to be a long shot. Blarg. Another repair to tack on to the already prerequesite rear wheel bearings and the need to adjust the 'pop up' angle of the passenger side lamp. Still trying to work on that headlamp thing..
