Replaced original spark plugs & wires with NGK TR55IX's and MSD's, motor feels much sharper and more responsive...

Finished off my plasti-dip plans since the blandess of the Green needed some offset attitude.

All together, the hood, rims, A-Pillar, side mirrors and top of spoiler are dipped.

I installed a GMMG catback today and I love it! I was actually expecting it to be a bit louder than it is, but the tone is absolutely perfect. I'll have to get a video clip when it isn't so hot out.

The hood stripes look good. I love that color!

Wait until you hear it with headers, new heads, lumpy cam, etc. and it won't be nearly as quiet. I've had mine for years and love the sound and always get complements and looks.

Thanks, the flat-black really gives it some attitude but I ended up peeling the hood stripes off since they looked like crap and the spray lines were too easily visible.

Found out I can get flat-black Ram Air hood vynl for like $50 so I'm going that route ( since plasti-dipping the hood for a 3rd time is NOT on my list of to-dos )

I may redo the spoiler though since it looks kind of blotchy.

After that, cosmetically, the only thing left is to replace the ugly rims come tax season. I'm going to use these for snow tires. So come March, I'll be in the market for some 96-00 style WS6 rims, maybe something different.

Today I shamelessly pimped out my car in this thread. Please vote for my car (or at least a TA of our choice) in the August picture of the month vote!

Installed Founders Performance on car adjustable LCAs, LCA relocation brackets, on car adjustable PHB, adjustable torque arm and the UMI relocation crossmember. Got the pinion angle mostly adjusted, just need to setup the LCAs and PHB.

Gave her a long over due bath so that once again she looks like the classy lady that she is.

Looks great! I'm waiting for the dust storms to stop so I can finally wash mine. It seems like everyday that I go to wash her, bam there's a dust storm/monsoon.

I'd definitely love for it to be louder, I just know that when adding longtubes it gets raspy and changes the tone of it. I've seen the thread about getting rid of the rasp with the gmmg exhaust and I'd probably do longtubes, catted y-pipe and a powerstick in the I-pipe. My only concern with that is how much does it change the tone of the exhaust because I love the way it sounds now, just wish it was a bit louder.

I have the catted Y and the powerstick. I think the cats help the rasp a little but there was a big difference when I put in the powerstick - no more rasp. I can't remember what it sounded like before headers, cam, etc. but it's amazing now. In the past two weeks at random places I've had three guys drag a woman over to tell her that's what he wants his car to sound like. Two of the three then recorded it on their phones for later listening.

After washing her up yesterday I went cruising around with the tops off and decided that the bath just wasn't enough. So I stopped by wally world on the way home, picked up some supplies and did the CETA mod. I think it turned out decently well considering I've never done any type of auto paint work before. Not to mention it's from a rattle can. I am considering doing this to the side mirrors and sail panel as well.

Q: What am I doing?

A: Replacing the throw out bearing and pilot bushing - both cheap parts, both a pain to access!

I'm replacing my turn signal switch and wiper switch. Replaced the turn signal switch back in June, I believe, and a couple weeks ago the turn signal stalk just fell out. I dug into the steering column and a little metal clip off the switch was twisted and broke, so I got all the parts, and now I get to put it back together.

Hey Jenny, welcome to LS1tech! SEARCH will be your best friend around here.

Tell us about your ride. V8? Convertible? Is it blue?

Good luck with the turn signal, get your husband can help hand you stuff when needed.
