VFN are some of the best fitting hoods of any of the aftermarket hoods. Only the US Exotics fit better if I'm correct but the past year there has been some issue with ordering from them.

Here is the VERY VERY ROUGH mock up... im showing this to give you guys as an idea. The finished one will be made of 22 gauge aluminum. And sprayed with a high temp coating AND will seal against the tru-fiber hood.

Trufiber is the way to go. I can immediately tell a fake WS6 hood and how cheesy most of them look. Trufiber is pretty damn accurate and hard to tell the difference. I'm glad I got a real WS6 and have no worries.
On my old 97 I had a Harwood WS6 on mine. It fit great and looked OEM.
Just don't leave stock 16"s on it when you had the hood.

I had a VFN hood and it fit poorly at the front corners ... after it was all said and done I was disappointed and ended up selling the car ... all the money I spent on the hood, paint, etc. was a waste. Here's a pic but you can't really tell from this angle. https://ls1tech.com/forums/album.php...ictureid=15320
