I prefered them tucked in a little bit. I think the B&Bs go over well on a Formula.

I'm really happy with the Speedlines too.

.
Any pics from the side?

And I think the Speedlines look PERFECT on the Formula. They should have come standard with them.

SLP dual slash cut tips. Would love to run some corsa clones for a little bit of depth on the tips, maybe later on. It's a V6 but from the outside just sitting there not many would know.

Do you have any more pics? I'm actually thinking of going with a Loudmouth 2, and don't know if I want the dual tips like you have, or the 3.5" slash cuts.

Stock exhaust:

Nice, I love that color !

If you decide to change the tips, I would go with the Corsa's.

I disagree, I think your car looks great, it's unique.

Youre right, those don't look good at all.

I like the Formlua bumper just fine, it just makes it a little hader to find a nice tip.

I'm thinking now that no tips or Magnaflows are probably the two best options.

Thanks! Yeah, I fell in love with the color the moment I laid eyes on the car. And I always hated light colored interiors, but I absolutely love the tan interior with this color.

I was thinking coras clones...I saw a set on a Firebird last weekend (a 383LT1 powered '98!) and they actually looked pretty good.

Maybe if the tips didn't stick so far out past the bumper they'd look better, but when they stick out that much it looks horrible, no matter what car and what tips. IDK if you can move the tips back more since it looks like you have the powerflo system.

I have a Camaro so it's not really a comparison, but I have Borlamouth and I got the 3.5 slash cuts when I got my LM2, and I got them to tuck up real nice and have them sticking out just enough so you can read the "SLP" that's printed on them when you stand at the bumper. The dual/dual SLP tips look like ***...

Corsa/corsa clones look amazing on Formulas/Firebirds/TA's. Another tip, which I haven't seen on any yet, that I think would look REALLY good, would be GMMG oval tips...

Nice, I like the Speedlines much better than the Y2K's.

it's funny, when I was looking to put Speedlines on mine a few years back I couldn't find a pic of one with them anywhere, now they're all over the place!

Any pics of the adjusted tips? I can visualize how that would look better, but I'd still like to see it. I odn't like hte SLP dual dual tips either, they look cheap, just like the hookers.

I had originally bought the y2ks for my 95 formula so i could have some 275s and i wanted to see more brake and then wrecked it soo i put em on the new one when i got it cause the speedlines still need tires. no i would snap some but im in ks right now and my car is in my garage on jackstands in MO waiting for my t56 to get back from tick

Here's a couple old pics of mine. SLP 2OTL with Borla over the axle and SLP tip on the passenger side. Completely adjustable and sounds great. Best of both worlds

Looks real clean too.

Thanks, there's I believe 4 firebirds/formulas in my town and one Trans Am that are the same color. But Lubbock might have one of the highest per capita f-body populations in the US.

I saw a 315hp 95 firehawk tonight with the 2OTL exhaust and i must say for a formula it didn't look bad. i don't think 20TL would look good at all on a Trans am though.

I wish I could say that here in Pasadena Ca, there are F-bodies around here but not many.
I do see a good amount of C5 and C6 Vettes though.

While you guys have the highest per capita F-body count in Lubbock...
In and around my area we have the highest per capita Toyota Prius count.
I don't care what color those are because they all look like Easter eggs
on wheels to me.

Actually, it didn't look that bad either. Both my parent's Comp TA's had the 2OTL. After I did my exhaust, they did the same thing to their's though. They had both of them done at Mufflex over 10 years ago.

so some of the Comp T/A's had 20TL? i forgot those were basically a firehawk in T/A clothing. That's gotta be pretty cool to have both your parents driving comp T/A's. the closest thing to a performance car my parents ever owned was my dad's 68 Lemans that was a dealer courtesy car. he said it had banners on the side of it before he bought it and in a certain angle in the sun you could see dealership name after they were removed, lol. That was before i was born.
