Default Rear defrost

Okay, this is a bit weird but here it goes. On the back hatch on my 00 T/A WS6 there is two plugs that go into the actual glass itself. The one on the driver side broke off at the glass. I have been trying to figure out a way to fix this problem for a while now. The defrost obviously does not work without this hooked up because it cannot complete a circuit. But i am wondering if there is maybe a quick fix or something for this. Any thoughts...
thanks in advance.

The rear defrost works like *** anyways, be prepared to fix it again when you get that fixed.
