Default Problems with horn switch in steering wheel/coulmn of '98 firebird

My horn switch is not working. After removing the airbag, I discovered that the horn switch was disconnected. The switch has a spring and a long white plastic piece that locks the switch in after inserting it thru the bottom of the steering wheel. It doesn't seem to lock in because the yellow plastic it's supposed to lock into is broken. What is this yellow plastic piece called? I looked on Buy Pontiac Parts For Less and I don't know if this is the horn contact, lock plate or something else? It's located underneath the steering wheel and I don't want to pull it until I can identify/obtain this part. Thanks for your help.

I'm pretty sure you need AC Delco part #26047013. It's the horn ring and turn signal cancel cam all in one.
