Default 98-99, 00-22 Air Lid differences?

Looking at purchasing an aftermarket air lid (SLP) and wondering what is the difference between the 98-99 and 00-22 air lids?

MAF? Mounting points? I know the intake is different but I wouldn't see how it would make a difference.

00-02 have a hole in the Driver's side for the AIR or EGR or whatever to plug into. If you intend on deleting EGR/AIR (and you should unless you're in CA), get the 98-99 version. If you get the 00-02 and later delete EGR/AIR, get an appropriately sized plug.
