Any update on this? Finished project?? I am finally starting mine that I have wanted to do for ever, just trying to get ideas before I go through with it.

 

Didnt seem like a lot of interest once I started piecing them together so I was just going to do it on my own time once the car was done. FWIW, I buy all my stuff from TRS, mine are morimoto mini H1's. The problem is there just isn't a lot of room from lens to core support. The spot I placed them with that bracket was for design purposes to see how much room was there and how a small round projector would look. The back of the housing is very close to the core support.
