Why the TSP rumbler and pacesetter? What makes you so "set" on it?

The majority of the people here will tell you a true dual setup sounds cleanest on these cars - preferably ran out the back (dumped at the axle works too, just louder)

That being said, TSP offers bolt-on true dual packages, though I'm not sure if they're back in stock yet.

I myself bought Kooks 1 3/4" headers, and 2 Kooks 14" mufflers (2.5" in/out) and will be having a shop fabricate the rest of my true dual setup soon. No sound clip yet, since I'm still waiting on shipping and stuff.

My whole setup should run me about $900 (Headers, mufflers, pipe, labor).

I like the rumbler sound the best and pacesetter seems to be one of the few to make v6 headers...not sure if my budget allows for a TD setup. Are you putting cats on yours?

Does bringing the duals out the back have a different exhaust note?i dont want it toooooo loud i just wanna replace the rusty **** stock exhaust with something nice

Didn't catch that you had the 3800. Guess with all the guys running around crying about the possibility of losing 2-3 horsepower to something irrelevant I kinda made an assumption. My apologies!

But yeah, the options you have picked out will work just fine! I'm not sure what exhausts are offered for the 3800, but I'm sure you could look around a couple sponsor stores and find a few.

Here a few off the top of my head that have exhausts...

Maryland Speed
WS6Store
Texas-Speed
Colorado Speed
(Weird how a lot of these are states, huh? Lol)
Speed Inc.
And plenty, plenty more!
