I like the 98 Y82 my self. Or 98 WS9. I know people say "WS9 is just some made up numbers"...... But all the TA's, Formula's, ect, Have it. It is defined as "MODEL CONVERSION PONTIAC FIREBIRD FORMULA". So you haters can google it, read it in a GM RPO book, ect..... I did. I would think Firehawks got it too, BUT I have never checked. Any one checked??

Not a big fan of RPO codes on a licsense plate because most of them are way too inside. Example: Even though it's cool, no-one knows that BBS is the RPO code for a factory Hurst shifter. Conversley, LS1, WS6, Z28 and W30 are ideal because the plate's meaning would instantly be clear to a real car guy of any persuasion, and at the same time would soar high above the head of the average Kia commuter.

California might be a tough place to get a creative plate. Your up against plenty of population and plenty of vanity.

By the way, I live in Canada and I bought my 01 WS6 from a woman in Turlock 5 years ago.

Had to look it up. Still dont get it..... SS option, bigger wheel option, ground effects, raised spoiler?? What does it mean?? Why put WS6 on a tag..... Dont you have a badge on the lower right that has this already? Why not just put something that tells you to look at it? "LOOK RT", "LUK RT", "RT CORNER", RIGHTCNR". I dont care if the average Kia guy gets it or not, Or the die hard Honda fan. As long as I get it, cool when other Firebird guys get it.
But its a free Nation, put on your car what YOU like.

Back in the 90's there was a LX Mustang that used to show up at our hangouts before we would go off to the industrial park for racing. He had a front plate (from a previous year that he was using as a vanity plate) that said HIOFICR, and his current plate on the back that said BYOFICR. This was in Florida and we only need one plate there.
