Looking clean, glad you decided to black out the side markers really cleans up the sides well. I would recommend stripping down the tail light center section and going back with a charcoal bird and re coat it. I think that would really bring the look together since thats the only red on the car left.

Otherwise clean and simple and it looks sharp

That is for sure on my list. It's in bad shape now and I plan to get to it by the end of the winter. Appreciate the compliments!

Got the driver side and hood done. Passenger side should go pretty quickly tomorrow. Probably get to the front/rear and sail panel friday. Don't mind the dirty wheels and brakes. I'll get much better pictures once I'm finished.

Thanks man. Wish it could have very obvious results, but I can't say enough about using colinite 845!

Look up colinite 845. It's an amazing wax/sealant and I'll never go to another brand. This stuff really is awesome.

Found a 6.0 fresh out of a local machine shop for a pretty good price. So I'm hoping to pick that up soon and building it until next winter and just swap it in.

Let us know if you go through with that cam setup! I'd estimate around 350+ rwhp with that setup alone, and much more with heads/headers. And not too bad of a deal!

It was so freaking cold that I stayed inside......

Oh wait, it was 80 here today and only a few clouds in the sky. So while my steaks were marinating and the grill was warming up. I pulled the car outside and enjoyed an ice cold beer and my girl.

As far as the engine build goes, I'm still doing my research. I work in oil/gas and the industry is a bit weak right now. So once the market comes back around I'll start buying parts again.

Found a FAST 90 with edelbrock 90mm TB for dirt cheap. So I picked them up.

Definitely needs to be cleaned up, possibly re sealed, and definitely repainted. But still, think I got a great deal on this thing.

Thanks! Best $275 I've spent! lol. Going to paint the intake and fuel rail covers to match my wheels. I think it'll be a nice combo!

Have a lot more parts to buy before the engine goes together! Have to stay motivated by buying parts!

Washed the car today. Used ONR for the first time and it worked well. Of course once I started moving all the water seeped out of the creases and the car has water spots all over it.

Side note, I'm worried about a upcoming spun rod bearing. Oil pressure is low at hot idle and I'm starting to get nervous. I'll be changing the oil this weekend and we'll see what I find.

Sun came up as I started to drive the car so I couldn't get any good pics, but here's a few shots.

couldnt help but notice the piller pod, are you basing your oil pressure readings off an aftermarket gauge or the factory?

Define low? At idle my oil pressure is 20-30 and the sender is mounted up top where the old factory one was.

she still looks great and congrats on the 90/90 setup, it will look good with that color of your wheels
