Got a WS6
I picked up a 2K WS6 about 6 weeks ago and I am really digging driving this thing. It is a little rough around the edges, but it is ok for a daily driver. It runs pretty good, gets decent mileage (I drive 50 miles a day to work and back) and is a lot of fun to drive. I hadn't driven or even ridden in one of these before I bought the car. The last Firebird I was in was a 76' 400 TA in 76'. Mine is Pewter with a black int, T56 and a Flowmaster catback.

Thanks Mikh38, That is a fine looking ride you have there.
The car I got has 8x16 wheels with winter tires on it now, but I scored a set of TT2's with NT05's on them a week or so back. I plan to put them on when the weather warms up a little bit more.
I am having some 2nd thoughts about the rears. I keep seeing posts about the 10 bolt rear ends letting go and the rears I got are 315/35 on 11x17s. That seems like a lot of tire for a small gear and I would rather spin tires than break parts. On the other hand, it will sure look a lot better with some meat under the fenders.

Launching!
Congrats on your purchase.
The 10 bolt will last longer behind an A4 than a M6 forsure.
I beat on my 10 bolt for 11 years and only blew 1 diff. and that
was before I switched to 4:11's/
My YANK PT4000 has pulled many a 1.50 60' on Nittos with the 10 bolt.
Now the YANK is beating on a 9" with 4:30's.
Let the modding begin.
