Default 3.4l in limp mode

hi there I have a 1995 firebird 3.4l autotrans. with a cold air,b&m shift kit 180deg. thermostat and cat. delete. The car has never gave me any trouble.when I seen a crack on the radiator I decided to replace it an flush the system.so I disconnected the battery. when the job was complete I reconnected it and now the car runs like crap it idles very high, stumbles ,runs very rich, it will not shift pass third gear when shifts from 1 to 2 it shifts about 3300rpms and the same 2 to 3 I used tunerpro rt and it throws every code on there and gives false data so I replaced the pcm and the cam sensor tested the battery all fusible links and grounds I could find I also tested the tps sensor iat,iac and replaced the coolant temp sensor. the feed wire going to all the sensors seems to be a factory default data or limp mode im at my wits end here any info would be much appreciated thanks!!
