Default Left turn signal indicator on cluster stays on

So I was cruising tonight and the green arrow for the left side came on randomly, started dim then eventually got to full brightness. It only does it when the cluster is lit, but it does flash normal when the turn signal is on. Anybody ever have this happen? Trying to get some input before I pull the cluster tomorrow to see what's up

Thanks for looking

since i opened the cluster before.. i must say that this may be more to wiring than to the cluster itself.

in the cluster each light is separate or each area if i may.
so im thinking wiring issue.

What he said the light indicates a burnt bulb. GM has used this feature since 1968
