Pretty difficult to make an intelligent guess when you have told us nothing about your car. Mileage? Condition? How can we know if it is a good trade?
The seller's price is insane unless Canadian pricing is that much higher than in the U.S. An LT1 car with over 100,000 miles won't bring you $5,000 in most instances and yet he wants triple that price! I guess he wants someone to pay for all his mods. Sorry, it doesn't work that way. Unless your car is in poor shape with high mileage I wouldn't even consider it. Also, describing a 100,000+ miles car as MINT is also quite a stretch. There are very few owners that have MINT 100,000 miles cars. I've seen a few, and maybe he is one of those few, but somehow I doubt it with all those mods.
