Cool '00 firebird v6 to Ly6 4l80e swap

Well guys, I bought a non running 2000 Firebird about 2 months ago. It has 128k Miles on it. I could not turn down this $600 car. I have always wanted a project car and this was pretty hard to turn down.

Problems & fixes:
1) Car does not Start
a) Replaced fuel pump and Car started but misfires and backfires
b) Replaced Catalic Converter, Plugs,Coil and corrected spark plug wires

2) Headlight braket is broken
a) Bought 2 replacement headlights from CL
3) Catalic Converter is needs to be replaced, (semi Gutted)
a) Went to a muffler shop and had a Cat installed
4) Dents in the hood
a) Used a guy from CL and regretted it to fix the dents in the hood

My Goal is to have a this swap done by April or May 2014. I had parts left over from an abandoned project I had and want to use them in this build. This will be my poor mans Vette

Plans:

Tubular K member and Arms
Install Ly6 based stroker ( 0 mile block)
Have Wiring Harness reworked if needed
Convert over to 4L80e Transmission
Qa1 suspension
SFC's
C5 front brake swap including 17" ws6 wheels
TruTrac & 373's
Have paint addressed.

What I have:
L92 Intake Manifold with fuel fails
90mm Nitrous Outlet Wet Plate Kit (not using)
2008 ly6 with 4L80e wire harnes
Wire harnes from same truck the harness came from
Ls1 Cluster
ly6 based stroker built for n2o from heads to oil pan
built 2001 4L80e with Transgo shift kit.
Hooker Super Comp ceramic coated Lt's

Regarding my mechanic skills, I would not call my self a mechanic but I've most of my own mechanical repairs on previos chevy trucks I have had and wifes ML350 DD.

Unless you dont care about ride quality and handling at all, do yourself a favor and search the suspension section for setups. QA1s are shitty non-gas charged drag shocks that will leave you with a loose floaty ride while being jarring at the same time. Handling will be like a dumptruck.

Thanks JD_AMG for the tip, I have not looked too much into the Qa1's but will follow your recomendation. I've been concentrating too much on information on the engine swap.

I now have my intake manifold. Take off from a new 2013 LS3 Camaro SS. It came with manifold, fuel rail, 8 fuel injectors, map sensor, intake manifold bolts, covers, brackets and an assortment of fuel lines and hoses. All for $430.

I already have the ls3 Throttle body. I am debating on having it ported and pollised.....
