Thanks man! I work a lot, securing our nations border and haven't had much time to work on the car lately.

I restored these panels cause they looked like dog ****.

end result

I also put new gm clips on them since they literally were hanging on maybe one on each side.

Making awesome progress! Can't wait to see the end result. You would probably be able to flip it for a profit. She looks like a keeper though.

I actually just scuffed them down with a scotchbright automotive pad, and gave them a few coats of low gloss black. They came out nice and look way better on the car.

I would love to keep her, but I have twins in the way. She's up for grabs for 8k. Need to fix a few things here and there and then ill make an official for sale thread for her.

Added a 2' ws6 radiator support

Replaced the driver side fog lamp

and replaced the passenger side fog as well...

Also picked up a set of Speedline ws6 wheels. I will be stripping the clears off them and polishing the hell out of them. I've always liked the 01-02 speedline wheels.

Finally replaced the old nasty rear filler on the car. I was able to find a really nice one from a member on here that he had sanded and polished. Day and night difference.

old one has this really weird marbleizing thing going on

New one, still debating if I should put a new trans am sticker with the bird on it. It would be a Jetstream blue bird if I did.

I also have a "Black Betty". 2000 Black T/A. Also doing some TLC to mine, also picked up in San Antonio. I'm in SA about a weekend a month. Some key points if you're going to sell, make sure both windows roll down. About $150 to replace both motors and do the passenger side fix. Replace dash pad if its broke. Some light tint will help also. Looking good though.

Totally jelly, Dec wanted that hood for my t/a but couldn't find any close by.

My gf had a miscarriage and I will no longer be a father. I want to finish up fixing some things on the car before I actually put it up for sale or for trade for maybe a 70-73 Firebird or camaro.

Thanks for the compliments on the car, ill continue using this as a "build" thread so to speak to show all the changes I have done to the car so far.
