Cars were shipped to ASCwith a transport hood. Once there transport hoods removed WS6 hoods test fitted sprayed then re installed and gapped.

 

Thanks for the info. This may explain why some cars (even though rare) had an issue with peeling clear coat. Also this car is gone from craigslist anyway; was on there a long time...could never get ahold of the owner.

 

I tried to get ahold of him months ago and never got any replies either..

 

My hood was good when i bought it about 6-7 years ago. Just recently last year the clear started coming off. And it was coming off fast. My car was well taken care of. It was washed and waxed almost monthly. Oh well, these cars are getting older and it's bound to happen I guess.

 

Yeah it blows all our cars are at the point at which father time catch's all of them even cars with no miles.
