This is what it does every time on cold starts, on hot starts its fine, I have a big cam in there but I wouldn't assume it would be doing this?
Also another question I have is when I switch into 2nd or 3rd gear it seems to misfire BADLY I don't know if that's the opti or ignition coil going bad?? Also I just changed the plugs 6 months ago along with the fuel filter and IAC valve
any help is appreciated, I just want to get it running like new again

Damn, that tach is all over the place. Also the voltage fluctautes like crazy, I dont know much about LT-1 cars, but I am pretty sure the voltage is not suposed to fluctaute like that at all. I would go after the opti. You definitly have an electrical issue, and a bad one.
