Default LS1 swap advice

I am setting up to do a ls1 swap soon and buying parts now in hopes for better performance. Right now I'm looking to buy a ls1 forged stroker kit soon l and wanting go get a set of 243 heads and I will also be camming it as well. Also looking to put a different intake and that's where I'm wanting some input. Looking at LS6 intake, fast lsxr intake or even looking at a holley high rise intake w/throttle body. What's your suggestions with them and size. Ups and downs? Also if you might have any on maybe a better head for the price don't have a ton of money to play with and a cam suggestions?
