No start on initial start

No start on initial start I have a 87 gta trans am 76mm turbo map tune (no maf)
I'm having a problem.... If I leave the car over night and start it in the morning it doesn't start on first crank. I feels like the car is firing in only one cylinder. After the first crank I try a second time and it start right up runs perfect. I thought I would be the fuel check valve but when I turn the key on the fu pressure gauge holds at 40-50 psi. So I rules that out. What else could it be?
