Default Home repair spider cracks in tail lamps

I have hairline spider cracks in my tails. They appear to function well, no leaks just cosmetic cracks.

Is there any way to fill with epoxy/sand/grind smooth? Any ideas?

If I had to guess I'd say no he probably didn't fix that and make it look presentable, probably need a new tail light lense if there's deep cracks like that, nothing you're gonna do to make that unnoticable.
