Hey guys. Just picked up a 2002 TA. 99600 miles. Very good condition. Let me know what you guys think. It needs new foam on the drivers seat. And I am immediately going to switch out the head unit to an in dash gps unit.

Any suggestions about upgrades?

What do you want to do with the car and what do you feel like you want to improve immediately? Is it an auto or manual?
Check under there and see what shocks you have, if they are the factory orange/black decarbons then IMO that should be the first things you change out for better ones like bilstiens or koni STR.Ts if you are on budget.

Its an auto. I don't know what shocks they are, but I'm pretty sure the car is entirely stock. I'll have to check later.

I kind of want to do a resto-mod deal. I know it's a newer car to think of it like that, but I just want to bring it up to date with the what it should be if it were produced today. Power wise and technology wise. I'd like to get it to around 400 hp and have really good handling and a quiet, comfortable interior.

^^^ Agree with 98Cayenne. If you do all that and you plan to race it any you may want a new rear end also.
