Default 17x11 50mm Zr1?!?! Tires are 315-35/17 nitto Nt05

I know this has been talked about a million times and I've tried to do as much research as I possibly could. With that being said check this out and let me hear your thoughts. I think its my rear end but im a fbody noob. Previous owner told me is was a ds60. Who knows but im done with this **** already! Im trying to upload pics now! It's not letting me thru my s8plus 🤔

What exactly is the issue?
Go through a third party image hosting site and then post the pics here, it will be easier.

Rims fit fine but rub on the lower control arms and where the bump stops are. I have like 1/2 inch between rims and rotors still. I've tried jacking up the rear end and installing the wheels as well as jacking the frame. What Do you recommend as a third party image host?

I run that exact wheel and tire in that exact offset and size, and have no issues. Do you have an adjustable panhard bar?
