I have a 97 WS6 convertible TA and left it stock until recently. I put on Vette black wheels, debadged it, put some stripes on the hood, did the rear end CETA mod,
and tinted the windows. I was thinking about putting an emblem behind the front wheels on the fenders and I really like the black onyx Last of the Breed emblem. Would it look bad putting a LOTB emblem on a 97? Gen 4 is the last of the breed kinda... I'd love to get some opinions on this. What do you guys think?
I think it would look accentuate what you have WITH the badges
as far as it being appropriate or not?
its your car - do what you have to do to make it how you want
For now, I am liking the look of the nose without the small nose bird. I think it accents the line running down the center of the nose a little more without it. After 23 years of being stock, I made a lot of appearance mods within a short period of time so I'm just looking for the finishing touch on the sides. Thanks for your input...
I decided to go with a 3 inch metal firebird emblem for the back of the front fenders (which I will be painting satin black) and the Pontiac arrow head emblem used on the 2004 GTO.
