Default Only 2 Firebirds at a large show yesterday (photos)

About 150 cars attended a veteran's show in Blairsville GA yesterday but only two Firebirds were seen. I would have brought mine but it was in the shop until late Friday.
I ended up taking my R/T. On the way over I noticed a cool photo with the fog settling low in the mountain valleys. My two friends that came with me in their 1940 Fords (moonshine favorites) posed with me to take a photo. You can see this in photo #1. We then parked together at the show.

Here are the two Firebirds. The black Trans Am was a 2000 model. I went by twice but the owner was not there either time. The old 'vert was cool to see.
I included other GM photos too. The 409 in that 1962 Chevy was amazing! I liked the '86 IROC too. It was refreshing to see a real 327 Nova without the SS emblems (so many clones). Quality cars for sure. Enjoy!

Nice pics. Nice shot of the mountains w/ the fog in the valley. I'm digging the '69 T/A 'vert (I'm assuming it was a clone by the black top) and the '72 442 W30 'vert (I've got a weak spot for Olds). That tri-power GTO is nice too.

^^ Thanks! I didn't speak with the 1969 T/A owner but I heard a conversation about "working on the car for 30 hours straight to get it to the show". I liked it too.

Don't see many 3rd or 4th gens around. Just Chargers and 5th gen Camaro's.
