Weight ??

Anyone know what a fullyloaded leather t-top ws6 w/hood would way without driver? Does the ram air hood add alot of weight? Does the camaro ss or z28 weigh less?

Correct me if I am wrong, but the R/A Hood is fiberglass and most likely lighter than the regular OEM [non WS6] Hood...

Also, IIRC, the Z28 [w/o the RS bodykit] weighs less than the TA

On my car the Birth certificate from SLP says the car weighed in at 3439 and when I went to the track with me and a fule tank it weighed 3620. I weigh 170.

Actually, the hood along with the doors, rear hatch/spoiler & sail panel (roof behind T-tops) I think it is called are glass.
The fenders, bumper covers & lower side G/E are plastic.

I think mine weighed in at like 3680 with me and my misc. stuff I weigh 200 and had a 1/2 tank of gas in it. If i remember right w/o me it was like 3500ish or maybe the 3680 was with me dammitt I forgot now I have to do it again good thing I have a weigh station about a 1/2 hour from my house at the local cruise spot and at night it is empty and the blinds are open enough so you can see what it weighs.
