Oh, I forgot to mention, it pulls like a freight train!

Guys (with mid-high mileage), I'm curious, do your ls1's feel as strong as they did when they were fresh? (Minus the mods) I never got a chance to test drive any others.

Actually..my fiance and I have been doing some driving.

Unfortunately for the first two years I have the WS6, I was driving 80 miles a day..and the year and a half that we've had the Firehawk...it's been driven ~90 miles a day. One of these years we'll get non-fbodies to drive everyday...

Of course there is another local Firehawk owner...2001...over 100,000 miles.. and that was several months ago..now he's been doing some drivin.

Minus the drivetrain problems in the WS6 (tranny slipping and 10-bolt going) she pulls as strong as ever...the Firehawk pulls as strong as when she was new..actually stronger now that she's got a better clutch. As long as you do your regular maintance...I've heard very few problems due to high-mileage..moreso do to being raced..etc.

Bought my 2000 in April of this year with 42,700 on the clock.

It just hit the 56,000 mile mark as of today.

I can relate.....From December 1999 to August 2004 I drove my 'bird at least 76 miles a day. It is enjoying semi-retirement now and only gets driven a few days a week now.
