Automatic formula performance

I know that some of you may not like the g-tech performance meter numbers but he did 5.54 0-60 down hill, 5.94 and 6.09 0-60 on flat roads when it was stock. Is this accurate?

on a complete level surface, a healthy running ls1 firebird/camaro will do a 0-60 in 5 seconds flat
as for your earlier questions, i don't have a formula (ive a trans am) and its not 99, its a 2000.. but its an a4. there's very little difference between my car (when it was stock) and that formula.
with my only modifications being subframe connectors (they only add a little weight, and stiffen the chassis.. not a power adder) and an aftermarket airlid, i dynoed at 323 rwhp.. dont remember the torque, but if you really want i'll dig it up.
a healthy running ls1 firebird/camaro will run about 13.2 in a 1/4mi ... every car's different, so i've seen a few go 12.9 and a few go 13.5. this is, of course, assuming you're not at 527847237573 feet elevation.
as far as the times go, welcome to florida. near sea level helps.

the formula would destroy the 94 z28, stock for stock. ls1 vs lt1 == no comparison. 2 completely different motors... with ls1 being the better one, by far. (sorry, lt1 guys.. lets not open up this can of worms).
use the search button. read some threads.
by the way, your friend refuses to brake because he most likely doesn't want to fsck up his brakes. get him to invest in a linelock, they are dirt cheap. the way they work is, you press a button and voila.. your rear brakes are disabled, car's held in place by the front wheels. since we are rear wheel drive, and the brake's disabled on the back wheels - there's no screwing up the brakes.
just remember to turn them back on once you get going.....
But my friends 00 Z28 A4 was scary quick from highway speeds. That thing did 70-100 in no time.
GM (A4) 4l60e automatic transmission's= awesome/no joke
Firebird Formula= one of the lightest f-body's
Average STOCK F-body dyno #'s= ~290-320 RWHP & ~310-340 RWTQ
Average Quarter mile= ~13.3
LS1 top end= the ****
Acceptable/average 60' on street tires= 2.0
Average HP after full exhaust (ie. Long Tubes & True Duals) = ~350 RWHP
Does the LS1 struggle after about 50 mph? HELL NO! It DOMINATES!
And welcome to the forum. Feel free to ask more questions.
