Default Exhaust Question?

There are probably gonna be many opinions on this, but I want to put kooks long tube headers w/ y-pipe on my TA. I currently have the SLP loud mouth system on, but if i keep that system and add the headers, it might sound too "raspy and annoying" according to people i have spoken too, So, i might just change the exhaust to corsa or borla. Just wondering if anybody has any of the setups i was just talking about, and wanting to know how you liked it or what you think.

Thanks

If you are going to stay with a Y pipe/catback setup, then I would build a chambered muffler catback. Two sweet thunders($100-$150), take it to an exhaust shop-tell them to replace the LM resonator with a piece of pipe, place one sweet thunder in the driver side tailpipe (parallel to the rear end, directly behind the pumpkin) and the other sweet thunder in the pass. taipipe right off where the LM splits. Chambered mufflers sound amazing, especially with LT's.
