Maybe at some point! I'm more interested in the Firebird, though; and between this site: http://www.camarosource.ca/main_new_..._specialty.htm and the Camaro White Book, the majority of the Camaro info is already together.

Today I was at the dealership getting a second set off keys and fob made. SOme one had a '76 6.6L TA just like on Smokey and the Bandit! It was perfectly restored. I was like I want one of those! It was neeat to see my black TA next to that one. They had it next to a row of new GTOs. God the TA is so much better looking!

You, I saw a 2002 yellow Collector's edition TransAm at a dealer lot a while back, sitting right beside a brand new 2004 GTO in the exact same color.

Hands down winner on looks was the 'bird. Absolutely NO comparison. Almost made me want to vomit thinking that the GTO more or less replaced the entire Firebird line. They traded a legendary icon of a classic car for a POS wanna-be. I respect the GTO's capabilities, but that TransAm would've smoked it in every category of performance, and done it with STYLE in the process.

Interesting. I've not seen anything about it, though, so it's hard to add it Let me know if you find some more details.

Actually, the latest GMHTP did a drag race test with nitrous on a bone stock '05 GTO and a '02 WS6. The goat won by a good margin. Surprised me.
