Default car trouble

i started my car after work to day and it sounded funny, it would hessitate when i would give it gas, it didn't do that when i went to lunch a hour before i got off work. so anyways i take it to get the codes read and the same egr codes were the only one they got. (removed egr for headers) so i leave and the car is runing better. it kind of felt like a misfire but i didn't get a code. i checked my wires and they all seamed fine so tomarro am gona check and change my plugs to some Tr6's, and getting a 125 shot in 2 months so i was gonna need them anyway.
hopefully thats the problem, the car has 89342 miles on it so the plugs in it might be its second pair who knows maybe even its first.
hopefully when i go to school in the morning it doesn't do it.

You can definetly tell when it is misfiring, it will lope at idle like it has a big cam and your dash will light up like a christmas tree with multiple codes.....or at least my car did when I did not properly seat a couple of the MSD wires after changing my plugs..

the car is running fine now it only did that for about 1/2 a hour , the next day drove it and it ran fine, i took it to the races this weekend and it did good, i raced a 04 cobra with full exhaust and won once and 2nd race my front was at his side mirror.
i think it may have been a plug wire, i messed with all of them and none seam really lose but i still unpluged then and put them back on .

the races were at the legal street races, so no times, its a old runway that some people rent for a track, they have a timming system but only use it on fridays. i didn't get to ask him.
stock 03/04 run around a mid 13 here on average cause of the DA on a summer night temp is still in the 90 and the track is around 4200ft so thats a Da around 7000 i think.
Thats why my times suck, look at sig for times, i ran after the header instal once and neted a 14.03@102 with a 2.5 60ft, i got some BFG DR's on the car now and just waiting for the next play day to run. am hopeing for a mid 13.
