I was at the local Wal-Mart and happened to score on a 1/64th scale black Trans Am. Cool, another for the collection.
Upon further inspection I saw that it had a Michigan license with the tag "QWK LS1". The front windshield has the banner "Raptor". On the front quarter panels, above the brake vents, you can see the "LS1/5.7L" emblems. This is obviously someone's car. This is pretty neat considering the size.
Then on the card that comes with the Trans Am it has the owner's name, Dan Baber. So is Johnny Lightning basing some of their cars from F-body loyalists? I think that is cool. I wonder what one needs to do to be considered. I just thought I would share.

One of my clients was picked by Johnny Lightning to have his '67 Camaro made into a die-cast. His came with a car with his name on it too.
He did it by just entering a contest that Johnny Lightning was putting on. Since they were already doing the '67 Camaro as a die-cast, it was easier to pick his car than say a car that isn't currently being die-cast.

Yep.
They will accept pictures you took of your car at times and the best pictures can become a model of theirs later on.
Wish it were mine...
