1995 Formula I ran across a 1995 firebird Formula for 5500. It is silver with t-tops and a aftermarket radio. It has 80k on the motor and is completly stock. Its is on the second owner and the man selling it is a older man so I dont think it was too abused. Oh it is also a lt1 with a 6 speed. I need to know if this is a good deal or not.

Sounds good to me. Get a test drive, check that the windows work (if its power windows) and that the headlights work, and that the t-tops dont leak.
Lt1s were rated at something like 285hp, but really making around 300hp/320ft.lbs.

I have a 95 Formula with t-tops. That is not a bad price if the car is in good shape. I would ask for more for mine, but I have a flawless paintjob and fewer miles. Don't know where you're located, but check for rust underneath. Ask of any service done to it: replace optispark, clutch, window motors, etc. Take it for a nice warm-up test drive, then check for any oil leaks while it idles warm, especially from the back of the engine.
If the interior and exterior are in good shape, it runs well, and everything works, that sounds like a good deal. The 95's were rated from GM as 275 hp with the single cat, but that was a fairly conservative estimate.
