Thanks all! Homer is my permanent passenger - he's the reason I will only drive with 1 person in the car...he takes up the backseat all by himself. And I use him for HOV lanes.

sweet man, I'm sure you were smiling all 900 miles home. I know I was (but I only had to go 300 miles for mine.)
Yeah, your first V8 is a great feeling. I got my car at 17 and for a year and a half before that I was driving a 100bhp toyota corolla. Worst car ever, but tripling my horsepower was pretty fun.
Also... I loooooove rainy nights. I still remember my first accidental fishtail... and the many intentional ones that followed.
