Well, when i got my 99 ta. the old owner went with a WS6 hood that did not fit very good but still fit well. The only issue is that it did not come with hood shocks. I know where to put them but if some one could shoot a picture to see how they are set ext. and the size of bolts..that would be great..also another issue i had is that my old bolts just...slid out of the hole..

DONT DO IT!!!
There is a reason that he didnt install hood struts. The struts are waytoo strong for the hood. You will have a warped/ bowed hood within a year if you install factory hood struts(at least I did). Get a prop bar.

Or do what I did on my third-gen Camaro after installing a Harwood hood. I traded my brand-new hood struts for a pair of used ones. They weren't strong enough to hold up my friend's steel hood on his IROC, but they worked perfectly with my fiberglass hood. We both ended up happy
