No one is going to make the Heritage wing for the TA. Besides the actual fabrication, you will also have to strip your hatch and cut and fill the humps that rise up where the old wing used to be. If your going to do that much body work then it shouldn't be that much more to just fabricate a heritage looking wing.

Back in 03 I did a bunch of Photoshops of the rear wing removed. I never posted them, but since this topic came up, I'll post some of them now. My car is black, so these are all black cars. I know most people don't like the look, but I always thought it was pretty nice and unique. I decided not to do this, due to the loss of downforce at high speed, and Lord knows, I haul *** sometimes so I need the wing.

That might go good with the lines of the car, not sure though. Go with the same stripes and emblems and all for the retro look.

I don't think they would work together. You have 2 different philosophies. The 1st gen is square with sharp angles and the 4th gen is smooth and flowing. Very organic and somewhat feminine (yea, I think these cars resemble the womans curves).
I think if you add a rectangular wing it's just going to look out of place. Wide skinny stripes also don't look very good on our cars either. Frankly, I think the Heritage fails as a link to the past. I'm 34 and I didn't reconize the car it was based on. Maybe it was a nod to the 45 and up crowd. I just saw it as a cool car that was very unique. I liked the front, rear wing and hood scoop, but I didn't like the blue interior or firebird rear bumper cover.
I think if you want to rework your cars looks, do the things that you like and not try and follow a previous car. Try to be original.
I guarantee that if you build a car based on that white and blue 69 TA, no one is going to put the 2 together. It may be authentic in several regards, but you have to have a car that can stand on it's own as well.

It's not like you have a camaro you know. You get exclusivity built in.
Think about what you want your car to do though. A "Heritage" spoiler wouldn't look that good on an otherwise un-modde T/A, IMO, but it would also produce much less downforce (and possibly more drag) than the stock wing. If you do any kind of racing, you might want to keep what you have. (unless it's drag racing, the lack of weight and drag there might actually be beneficial, despite the loss of downforce)

You can find these on ebay every now and then, but they aren't that cheap, plus you need to make sure you get the LED lights or else make your own. They will simply bolt on, also.

They look good and are scarcer than hens teeth.

If you want something that really looks different you going to have to go to extremes. Hopefully this is not what you have in mind.
