Default Formula options question.
If a 1998 WS6 Formula is a hardtop car with cloth interior and manual windows/locks/6 speed is it also a 1LE car? Or was it possible to delete the power windows/locks without the 1LE option? I don't have access to the RPO codes to verify. It's a car i test drove a few years ago, and it might still be available. Doubtful, but it might.

Anyone know for sure? Everything i am finding leads me to believe it is a 1LE if it has manual windows/locks.
