Default Need Help mapping out my project.

I need help/recommendations as to what parts to get for my T/A

Ok, first off let me start by telling you what I have.

99 T/A A4.

Mods:

Mac Filter
Hooker LT's (EGR Delete)
Hooker O/R Y
Hooker Catback
Comp Cam (SI007 cam 228/222 588/581 114.5 LSA)
Ls6 Intake

Car Makes 377/360 as it sits right now.

My Goals are to make between 430-450 rwhp and I would like to stay N/A.

I also want work on my suspension still also (still have stock 10-bolt).

I am not sure on what brands are good. I am still fairly new to the F-Body.

Planned mods so far:

Vig 3600 Stall
SFC
LCA
Shocks
Struts
Poly MM

Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

Maybe some head porting and larger valves and springs to take full advantage of the cam and intake?

I think you have the wrong cam considering your goals.

Get something in the low 230 range and add some more duration to the exhaust side. You still have all that pipe to get gas out, give the valve more open time to get the job done for a fresh fill.

I made 421 cam only here's what I had...

Hooker long tubes, Hooker ORY, factory Firehawk catback, asp pulley, Shaner S3 tb. Clear lid. Lunati 236/236 .580 112LSA, tune... that's it.

The drivability was very similar to the 220/224 114 cam that used to be in it. It just pulled much harder when you floored it.

It's a Lunati cam. I bought it from MTI when they were cleaning their shelves of old inventory. I got it for only $250 new in the box.

The Lunati cams are sweet. Fast ramp rates to snap the valves open quickly, but on the closing side it has this little ridge right when the valve is closing... it sets the valve down on the seat gently so it lessens noise and prolongs valvetrain life.

Check out their new Voodoo series, it uses the same technology. Like I said go in the low 230's and you'll wonder why you wasted time with the 220 range. ~Joshua

When i did the cam swap the first time i had new springs/pushrods etc put in. If i were to do another swap for the cam would it just be swapping the cam and thats it? (minus tuning)

As far as supension goes Id grab a new torque arm, LCAs and if you want...some lowering springs.
I twisted my stock torque arm into a twizzler with just a catback. Also are you looking @ just horsepower? Gears dont really add hp but they WILL pepp your car up quite a bit. If you plan to run stickies Id be leary of the 10bolt. A4s have a better rep for not breaking them but I sure as hell wouldnt trust it.

staringback05- on the 230 range here's my car... forget the twin turbo noise mixed in...

VenomInside- On the springs. I already had Comp 918's (good up to .600 lift) in from the smaller 220/224 cam. All I did was pull the timing cover, swap the cams, and add an underdrive pulley while I was at it. Re-tune... Holy f#ck what a difference!!! It sounds like 1971 and pulls like a monster. Then I added the twin turbo kit. A complete animal!
