Suncoast, VFN & Harwood are just a few that come to mind...

That's some BS. There are WS9 hoods floating around, and they are pretty good quality. Last thing is to keep your eye open in the FOR SALE section here. Some good deals may crop up. The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
^^Sun Coast Creations has a less subtle transition between the nostrils, and they also have heat vents on the back of the scoops. The two scoops are more "defined", and because of this, give a slightly different appearance from the WS6 OEM style.
^^Sun Coast Creations also has the Raptor Hood, similar to the Fire Hawk style. Looks great if you want something other than the WS6 style.
^^ASCD has great fit and quality.
^^VFN also has great fit and quality.
Both VFN and ASCD have a less subtle curve at the upper parts of the hoods, giving then a slightly different appearance than OEM.
U.S. Exotics makes the WS9. It is the WS6 hood with Fire Hawk heat extractors. They also make the WS9 outlaw, which is the 4" version. U.S. Exotics no longer regularly sells the WS9 hood except occasionally on eBay.
VFN regularly sells the WS9 Outlaw.
If you do a search you will find plenty of threads about the WS9 hoods. Check my sig pic.
There are about 3-4 other companies who make WS6 hoods, but I think many will agree the ones mentioned are of better quality and therefore more popular.
There is also the SLP H.O. hood:

Remeber, if you want the exact fit, feel and quality of OEM, you will have to buy OEM. Check the For Sale threads or eBay.

here is my hood.
That's some BS.[/QUOTE]I've personally owned a Harwood hood in the past, and I thought it was very nice. Yes, you have to trim it out yourself but it's not that big a deal. They ship it that way to help prevent damage to the hood while in shipment.
If you order from Harwood, order directly from them or source one through a local speed shop. I ordered my hood through a local speed shop, and it was nicely packed for shipment.
I'm not trying to steer you towards Harwood more than any other brand....just sharing my experience
