1968 OHC Thermostat Where does the stat go? Between the spacer and the cam cover or the spacer and the water outlet also does it point to the radiator like a conventional engine.

The thermostat installs between the water outlet and the thermostat housing (thermostat housing installs on the front of the cylinder head) and the spring on the thermostat will be facing down.
