VERY UNTRUE, ive talked to a few cops about it acctually and they say that really has no effect on them they go by their radar and or watching other things. Also I have a supercharged red car with 3 inch exhaust, trust me cops see me and hear me, just dont be stupid and you wont get a ticket. My brother also has a red camaro that hes had for 6 years I believe and he has yet to get a ticket on that either.
when it comes down to it, if anything the cop will look at the idea that its a flashy sports car not color at all.

just going by personal experiance man but i can FLY around here in a pewter transam with exhaust, and i got pulled over by MULTIPLE cops here in town in the red camaro (before headers) doing the speed limit with other cars....
When you have a red or yellow car it stands out, pure and simple, other colors let you blend in. Ive done atleast TWICE the illegal **** in this pewter ta that i did in the camaro and i havent even been given a second look....
Theres a reason insurance rates are higher on red and yellow cars...
